Product details
Little Greene produces elegant and sustainable high-quality wallpaper.
This wallpaper is characterized as being designed in the “Arts and Crafts” style, which is evident from the densely stylized natural motifs. The original design was created by children's book illustrator Walter Crane. “Briar Rose” initially formed the background of a wallpaper pattern called “The Sleeping Beauty”. The wallpaper was found in Oxburgh Hall, but it is not known in which room. A large part of the original wallpaper still exists, but these are only loose samples. It was originally produced by the London firm Jeffrey & Co.
